CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers who are unable to make their appointment, for whatever reason, are asked to cancel their appointment at least 24 hours in advance.  A refund will not be issued unless the cancellation is made outside of this 24 hour window.

To cancel your appointment:

  • Click on the "My Bookings" section of your account.

  • In there, you can view, reschedule, or cancel any bookings you have with us.

 

We thank you for your understanding and adherence to our policy as missed appointments are detrimental to the success of our small business.
